For more than 25 years Tommy Körberg has been the leading Swedish musical artist. In 1982 he played the Russian chessplayer Anatoly in the first performance of the musical Chess in London. He has since then, among other performances, played the main character in Les Misérables, Sound of Music and Guys and Dolls, and in September he will be Professor Higgins in My Fair Lady in Stockholm.

The concert venue is the open-air stage on the Grenna mountain, Grännaberget. Sitting on the mountain slopes listening to great music and simultaneously enjoying the sunset over the lake Vättern is an unforgettable event.

The Danish Tradjazzband Papa Bue´s Viking Jazz Band has been constantly touring all over the world since the 50´s. When they, as the only foreign jazzband participated in the New Orleans Jazz Festival 1969 their performance was placed between Dizzy Gillespie´Orchestra and Count Basie and they were presented by Willis Conover saying: "While from another country, they speak our language - and there´s no accent with their instruments". Still to-day you can enjoy their good old jazz based upon the New Orleans tradition with influences from, among others, an early Duke Ellington, Fats Waller and Louis Armstrong.
